Ontario Express Entry Draw | 2,104 PR Invitations

A new Express Entry draw by the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) sent out 2,104 invitations to apply (ITAs) for provincial nomination.

This is the third Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program’s (OINP) round of invitations for the Human Capital Priorities Stream (HCP) in 2024.

Express Entry profiles with a primary occupation in one of the 43 healthcare occupations (listed in the later part of this page) and a Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score between 352 and 421 received the invitations.

Invitations were sent for Express Entry profiles created between March 7, 2023, and March 7, 2024.

The candidates that are chosen in this drawing will be given forty-five days to claim their provincial nominations by responding with a thorough application.

These profiles will receive 600 points after receiving an OINP nomination, increasing their CRS score to between 952 and 1,021, which will guarantee their inclusion in the upcoming general Express Entry draw as well.

Prior to this, 2,118 invites were given out on February 8th as part of the Ontario Express Entry draw for the HCP stream, which focused on tech-related jobs. For information on the February 8th draw, click here.

Under the three OINP Express Entry drawings that have taken place thus far in 2024, 5,622 invitations for permanent residence have been sent out.
